Appointments

The receptionist will usually make the appointment with you before you leave the Practice, and confirm this with you by post approximately two weeks before your appointment.

Urgent appointments can be made by contacting us at the beginning of the day. The receptionist will arrange a time with you on that day if necessary. We do have an answer phone service so call at any time. The messages are dealt with at the beginning of each day.

Out of Hours Emergencies

Outside opening hours please telephone 01983 611411 and you will hear a message which will give you clear instructions of what to do next. You may find it useful to be able to write these instructions down.

In exceptional circumstances you may telephone Mr Burrows at home on 01983 873917 or Dr Wentzel at home on 01983 290015. In their absence your message will be recorded.
